Indoor Soccer

Jacob started an indoor soccer league at the rec center last week. He's on a co-ed team and all the games are played in the gymn. It's great for the parents who don't have to sit out in the cold to watch the games. And the games are a lot more fun and exciting to watch because the little kids don't have to run the whole lenth of a field to play the game. I still remember Adam, at about the same age, sitting down and taking his shoes of in the middle of the field because he was bored, hot and tired, and I couldn't blame him.
Jacob played goalie for two quarters out of the game. He did great, but couldn't get used to the idea that he could pick up the ball, after having drilled into him that he couldn't touch it with his hands.
Jacob and his biggest fan, his brother, Zach.
His team is the Tigers, and Jacob is number 10. They won the game seven to six. Jacob made four of the goals for his team. He was beaming!
